We specialise in helping families and young athletes fuel performance, improve recovery, and build lifelong healthy habits — all in a way that’s practical and sustainable.

Hi, I’m Amanda Rhode — the founder of Little Lunch Nutrition. With a degree in Health Science, an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine, and years of experience as a swim coach, I’ve seen firsthand how the right food can transform an athlete’s performance, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
I’m passionate about supporting young athletes and their families in building healthy, practical nutrition habits that last a lifetime. My unique approach blends science with real-world experience, ensuring that every plan is both evidence-based and easy to apply in the hustle of everyday life.
As an advanced-level swim coach, I’ve guided athletes through training and competition, and I understand the demands of junior sport from both sides. That’s why Little Lunch Nutrition is dedicated to giving athletes the fuel they need to thrive — in their sport, at school, and beyond.
